Lowcountry Orphan Relief and Midlands Orphan Relief support children in South Carolina’s Lowcountry and Midlands who are facing abuse, abandonment or neglect. Partner agencies identify children in need, and we respond by providing essential items and services that help children feel cared for during times of crisis.
